β β β β β They don't sell the chicken curry anymore. Only baked and packaged breads. Not much variety.

β β β β β Since 1928! That is really long for a bakery in Malaysia! Or rather Malaya! Must try and buy their roti Benggali and their coconut buns! The bakery looks new and airconditioned, although not well stocked (maybe ran out when I went there, but have canned drinks and icecream) but we can't get the Roti Benggali anywhere else, so stock up guys!

β β β β β This places sells quite cheap and tasty bread. We bought their curry chicken set with roti Bengali, taste real good although a bit spicy compare to the famous roti canai curry chicken set opposite of them. Overall still worth a try if you are there. Btw they are also selling traditional Indian tipis (Kacang Putih) where you can try too...

β β β β β Excellent Bengali bread; freshly baked with crispy crust and soft, fluffy inside. The accompanying curry is fluidly , yet a bit creamy with just the right amount of spices. Truly delicious. And you be amazed at its prices - RM5. 50.
The thick sliced Roti Kaya is as good as it gets without been toasted. Only RM2.
