★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good customer service. Shop is well stocked up with goods and stuffs to meet the daily needs of your feline companion. Shop is a bit small and inside can get a little stuffy but the items are well arranged and easy to find. So, browsing through is not an issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first time visiting just to accompanying my friend sending his cat Putih for grooming. We entered and approached by this sweet lady Ms Ina. A very warm welcome, friendly, humble and jovial too. In fact all the staffs there are friendly and informative.
Ms Ina explained in detail all the procedures, terms & conditions with pricing. Later we handled her “Putih” for grooming. My friend shop quite a lot at the centre.
