★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I engaged their service on a weekly basis.. The maid will come one week and go mia for two weeks.. The worse part is that they don't inform you and you will wait and when you call to ask then they'll say that the maid will not be coming.. It's very unprofessional and a great inconvenience to the customers.. I've since stopped using their service and found a much better one which gives me a peace of mind instead of stress playing guessing game every Saturday..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A place where the maids have more say than the administrators such as maids are not willing to work in houses that have pets. One vaccination and the maid didn't work for 3 weeks. I've not known of any agency or employer that would allow that. Then the maids have gone to work in factories. Really poor management of human resources and obviously putting the legality and legitimacy of the agency and maids into question. They're good at apologising though like too being too busy to inform me that the maid was not able to come with no regards to the schedule of the customers, sometimes for a simple excuse like the maid was too tired after working the morning session. Flabbergasted is the word I would use.
