★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A disappointment. Items to order in their system always out of stocks. It's a cake for God sake! Not sure what kind of system they're running. If this going on for some time, a lot of customers will shy away. No point to keep appointing agents to sell, if customers don't get what they want. Your business development team please do some brain storming to improve your system. You've paid for the cakes but when it's time to pick up still have to wait for an hour or two. Your system has mentioned time for pickup in the invoice but maybe it just for decoration in the invoice. Please buck up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rated 2 star not because i dont like the cakes.. i love their cakes!! Sedapp.. but the parking area very limited at the side road with big lorry here and there. Yes, i do understand its located at industrial area. Just need extra careful to avoid accident.
