★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible. Employees hard sell the monthly donation and when I tried to cancel through email, no one replied. Called them and the employee said he'll cancel for me and send me a confirmation email but he didn't. Called them again and they asked me to cancel through email, which I did and no one replied.
