★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for replacement of toilet seats. The rep there was very accommodating and also helpful while attending me. To add on, I was assured for refund for cash payment for one of the toilet seat if it does not fit. And thank God it fits nicely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are friendly and very helpful. The one attending to me went upstairs a few times to fetch the items that I asked for.
In addition to the Johnson Suisse products (I was looking for a replacement for my kitchen tap) they also have parts (which goes underneath the bathroom sink) to install the bathroom tap, which it's not available at normal hardware store (perhaps it's a slow moving item).
Overall, very satisfied with the level of customer service.
