★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service by Elaine Tan at Top Idea, Jalan Ipoh this morning! They open by 830am, which really helps early birds! I purchased an instant heater and a bathroom towel rack in under 30 minutes, within my budget, with her helpful and attentive feedback . Top Idea is the perfect one-stop centre for anyone's bathroom needs. Very happy my friend introduced me to this establishment! Highly recommended! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came across this place as we wanted to checkout Grohe products. Leon Wong assisted us with actual demo on the different shower heads, kitchen taps etc. He always went the extra mile to explicate all the items we enquired about in detail. In addition to the extensive experience and knowledge for both sanitary wares, kitchen taps and granite sinks, was his flexibility to mix and match the different models between Grohe in order to accommodate our budget (which we eventually took a higher priced model as we wanted a bigger rain shower head ;P).
It was definitely a pleasant and fruitful experience for us. Keep up the awesome service and speedy response time over text messages, Leon! :)

Customer service is also great and attentive. You won't go wrong with these guys. I've been buying from them for more than 10 years now and I wouldn't go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanna give a five star rating to Ms VG Vijaya for giving excellent service to help me on the Grohe kitchen mixer.
I got the mixer from other Top Idea branch which shifted to other location now. I called some other branch they just insisted me to give them invoice number as they wanted to redirect me to the seller handled my sales which was dated most probably 1-2 years ago.
Then I tried to contact other branch for solution and managed to reach Ms VG. Without requesting me to provide the invoice, she helps me on my issue by giving me some solutions which I can try to solve at home before she arrange technician to visit my home. I am impressed with her service given as she putting extra effort in recording some short videos to guide me in order for my to try to solve the mixer problem. Appreciated this kind of effort even though she did not earn any commission from my sales. The sales person whom I contacted earlier from other branch under the same company should also learn from Ms VG on this part, instead of push me away back to the sales person.
Well done Ms VG and thank you so much for your effort!
