β β β β β Iβm not the type of people to go around leaving bad reviews but this was one of the worst massage/spa experiences so far (and my first and last visit for sure).
I took the 60mins kampung massage with ear candling for RM70 but what i ended up getting was 30mins of massage and another 15mins for the ear candling and the whole thing was over less than 50mins. The masseuse spoke broken english and at times i found him rude. The massage was horrible as the guy was rubbing oil over the body only and I wouldnβt even call that massage and the towels stink, plus the whole time the fellow was burping by my ear! Whatβs worse is that at the end of the ear candling the guy dropped the candle and burned my face.
When i talked to the supervisor about my experience and why i got 30mins instead of 60mins, they said sorry and provided RM10 discount haha.
Wonβt be coming back! Please learn how to run a spa and train your staff before opening one.

β β β β β Found this place by chance while I was around Subang. The lady who attended to me was very knowledgeable about pressure points and my problem areas. At first it was painful although it was light pressure as it was my first time. But after she removed the knots , i felt much better and the same pressure point she massaged, the pain had disappeared. Definitely would go again for leg massage and back .

β β β β β The male masseur who massaged my back had maybe 7/10 in terms of skill. The part that ruined it for me was the non-stop burping during the 1 hour session. Whatever health problems that he has, I hope the management talks to him to address it. I don't mind if he burped 5 times, or even 10 times, but to burp very loudly almost non-stop for the entire session was a nightmare for me. Will not return.

β β β β β Clean environment, reasonably priced, massage skill is good too.
Only problem, is the continuous burping of masseur throughout the whole session. I do understand it's human nature and a burp once a while is tolerable. But, burp at every 20 seconds in average? Its a massage place and it is suppose to be a place for relaxation of body and mind...
Overall it's ok, if you don't mind the disturbance. Skill and strength of masseur is good actually. Worth a try.

- The place is next to KFC near Wellness and not Watson like the mall shows in their directory.
- Called them a few times to ask if we need to book an appointment but did not picked up, so we had to call HQ. They picked up on the first ring. (You donβt have to book, can walk in.)
- Price were reasonable.
- There were male and female masseuses so no worries.
- Staffs were friendly but one of them who massaged me could not stop burping. It was okay at first, but it got distracting after 25 minutes or so.
- There were no barrier between massageβs place and front desk.
- Ambience were okay. Itβs in a mall so you canβt run from outside noises.
- There were extra RM3 charge for PPE equipment (for the workers/masseuse). Customer only wear mask like usual. So doesnt really make sense.
- They offered Green Tea and Lemongrass Tea but they will be extra charge if Iβm not mistaken.
- The masseuse for my friend were too hard with their pressure.
