★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its conveniently located at Level 4 of Aeon Big Subang Jaya where parking bays are available. Quite cramp due to limited space but you practically can get materials for clothing, curtains, cushion sofas, table liners etc at reasonable prices.

the 1st parking entrance you see when you drive up..that is where the shop is. mr diy is also beside it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very true. Bad service. Although price is cheaper and the place is convenient. There are 2 sections in this shop with different entrances. I don't know the difference. Staff too busy with handphone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother went recently. She's a simple hobbyist looking to buy some cheap cloth in the "sales" zone. While she was browsing, a very rude Chinese staff came to say "aiyo you buy this kind of cheap cloth, wont ppl look down on u?" And continued to say things like "we are chinese, we can't lose to others like this"
In the end, my mother called her off and left the store. Not sure if this is the norm for customer service. But isn't that pretty rude? No? Will not visit again.

There's 4 staff when I came here. 1 old man, I was talking on the phone & he kept asking me what I want so I turned away & he never wanted to attend to me nymore. 1 guy who just came in from lunch, so he attended another customer. 1 old lady who has trouble even walking.. 1 lady in hijab, I guess she was on break so she didn't want to leave the counter at all, busy gossiping with another customer & just ordering the old lady around. I think I'd prefer Shah Alam outlet better despite them being annoying too but atleast they're faster.
