★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As far as I am concern it has the most beautiful 180 degree of the sea view. Nothing obstruct the view. You can watch the sunrise rise . The fishing boat racing out to the sea is another sight to see. The project is old but well kept. Price is a bargain if you want to buy or rent. Rental is mostly fully furnished.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So bad, the security very slow. The grab just want to drop - off and pick up but need time to register, scan my sejahtera, ask what block... I think it is privacy... some time go to work late because grab need to settle with guard.... so bad
