β β β β β Went repair for my Edifice & GShock here. Reasonable price & fast service. Depends on your type of service & parts availability as well. Helpful & professional staff.
As they said parking is hard to find here, better ride a bike or take grab car. But for me I parked at the steamboat restaurant accross the street. ?

β β β β β One of the worst service centre that I came across. Slow, not professional and took so long to repair gshock watch. Casio shouldn't authorise this dealer to repair their watches in the first place. Bought gshock watch, after used around 2months, send for checking and it only came back almost 2-3months. What type of service is this. After collected the watch wore for 2months plus again same problem. Send back for checking in Dec 1st week and till now the watch still haven't repaired. The watch is under warranty but it's been in service centre longer than than the time I wear. Don't even bother to call back to inform the status of my watch. I will make a report to the consumer rights about this issue.

β β β β β Got my G-steel solar battery replaced and was completed in less than an hour - went to have some drinks, came back, already fixed.
Happy with the service rendered. My suggestion would be to open the service centre on Saturdays too. Had to take leave to go there.

β β β β β Walked in and said I wanted to change my casing. The lady said cannot as they donβt have stock even before looking at my G-Shock. Told them I can order the part & wait. The front counter lady said cannot also. ?????? Business must be too good that they donβt want any more businessβ¦.

β β β β β Brought my two MTG G shock watches to change the solar battery...after payment done & battery changed, they told me battery that I just brought for Rm60/pcs is not under warranty???!!
Wth?? What if u guys sold me an old or faulty battery?? Lousy policy!!!!
And the way they do things , handle customers, accept cases~~not really professional....took long times and not really listen to customer complain....and the car part there, it's really a nightmare!!!!

β β β β β They provide good service. Even when u have to (at the waiting area) while the staff entertain other customer, they will still say sorry for your waiting. There are ample place for you to sit and wait.

β β β β β I know I could just as easily get the watch battery changed at any ol' shop, but they'll always tell you that they cannot guarantee the water resistance after they open it up.
Because they keep regular office hours, you either have to take time off or time out of your day to come here. There's parking behind the place, but it's unpaved and good luck finding a bay that's not already reserved. Was told I would have to wait an hour because of the backlog, but I was probably there about 45 minutes?
Battery change here is perhaps a bit more expensive than going to a neighbourhood watch shop, but when you need assurance on the water seal.. also, it's not like you have to change it out all that often, maybe every few years? Also, they only accept card payment for transactions over RM50

β β β β β Service was good, the place was great after renovation, but the management should look into customer service and after sales service, just wanted to replace a watchβs battery but needed to wait for more than an hour and this happen since few years back until today also the same, so many outlet so many g factory selling watches but the services center is only one and operate only on working hour, how about working adult? Purposely to take one day leave to come and repair the watch? Hopefully Casio Japan can look into it or authorize more exclusive dealer to increase the competitiveness.
