β β β β β Not really satisfied with the room and the facilities. The Astro not working and the toilet was dirty. Quite boring to stay at the resort.

β β β β β Basically the place is good accept for the AC in my chalet is not working. Had complaint but still not rectified till now.
Note: the AC problem was ractified the 2nd day of my stay by the owner himself & for that I've changed my view on this place.

β β β β β Was not happy with the accommodations at all. There was mold in our room as well as leaking plumbing. We only stayed 1 night of our 3 there. We checked in around 5 or 6. Nothing was open in the town. We were hungry and went to the restaurant to order food. They said they weren't open until 8 for dinner. We took a walk and came back at about 8:45 and sat down for about 20 minutes. No one ever came and we never saw anyone else working. The next day we hiked to next town and found somewhere else to stay.

Booked thru Agoda for a night, 2 rooms for 7 persons. Hotel said we have not confirmed the booking, but Agoda said the booking is confirmed. We had to talk with Agoda customer service to get the room cancelled without taking money as it is the same day and liable to Pay. Hotel said there is no room for us and offered another big room with 6 beds, we had no choice but to take it as other hotels in the island is full. But the room they offered is not maintained, the adjacent room to ours they maintained as a dumpyard and there was a thin layer of wood like structure separating our room. Evening there was smell coming from our room as the wooden door is not fully covered. The service from them also poor, totally worst experience and our mood is spoiled by them. They have great location but not good at maintenance.. We paid 280 for 5 persons, 2 of them managed to find another room. Water heater didn't work, the toilet was worst too, it's so down and the hose was poor. They didn't give us even soap, gave dirty towels. Not recommended.
