โ โ โ โ โ In terms of hotel cleanliness was so bad . There were a lot of spider web and on the floor a lot of dust . In the toilet also a lot of slimmy liquid that im not sure what it is .

โ โ โ โ โ Our actual plan was to stay in this premises for 2 nights on 19th & 20 Nov but end up we just stayed for 1 night which was disastrous!
- room was not cleanโฆ spider and its web everywhere, dusty and smelly
- no proper front desk help at all (only for check in)
- no wifi
- swimming pool was swampy (greenish with algae. Not safe for swimming for kids or adults!
- Not worth to stay 1 night for RM350
- The apartment environment is like abandoned building and really scary

โ โ โ โ โ My family got scam by this apartment management, booked it from agoda yet the refund procedure is so hard. My family and with 4 others families need to find a place at 10.30 pm at night. We also made a police report. If you guys want to make a booking with this apartment, marina height residence and hotel. Please dont before you got scammer like us

โ โ โ โ โ We arrived around 4.45 pm and got the room (1 queen bed & 2 single beds) on 7th floor seaview. The room came with mini fridge, iron, a cup & saucer, a glass, 1 mini shampoo, 2 towels & a tv. No wifi but, who use public wifi. Is it even safe? We requested for extra 2 towels. The pool open until 7pm. Some room were empty and from observation, the entire 1st & 8 th floor wasn't open for booking. Overall, I'm satisfied.

โ โ โ โ โ Well I had a terrible experience last week ! I came here for booking room for my family, we are from so far thatโs the reason we decide to book over here since some of hotel already full packed but you guys will never believe that their receptionist staff are the worst! The fella can simply smoking in front of me and started to collect our details.. This is how you treat your customers? Hello bro, weโre paying you not free ! Toilet too smelly.. The staff not keeping customers well informed.. I donโt think they have the training they needed.

โ โ โ โ โ Nice place but need better cleaning since my room floor was slightly oily. Need better security, my room door doesnt have u-bar pad lock.
The view from my room was very nice. Enjoyed the scenery.

โ โ โ โ โ Stayed 2 nights with a king size bed, the room was clean when we arrived and two towels were given. All facilities are working fine the hot water, toilet, kettle, mini fridge. Pool were open till 7, overall a good experience will come again

โ โ โ โ โ Receptionist are not efficient and professional. Need to call them an took time for them to come down and we have to wait for them.
The room are for 4 people but the glass are only 1 and it's dirty. The room smell funny and the toilet smelled funny as well. The room was nice though. The staff that clean the room are very helpful and nice.
Overall it doesn't live up to the name of the hotel. But it's good for a big family to stay here. The room are spacious and price affordable and reasonable.
