โ โ โ โ โ Extremely unprofessional. Refused to give a price quotation by saying "I don't think you can afford". Proceeded to ask me irrelevant questions like "what would you do with so many badges" and flat out refused to give me any price. Horrible horrible customer service.

โ โ โ โ โ Should have seen the review before I made a trip to the outlet. Location pin was wrong and when I rang up the premise, the voice on the other end doesn't seem to be interested in doing business at all and was not helpful in giving directions to the proper address. They may have a good reputation, but it takes only one bad worker who can't handle phone calls to bring down the house. In short, this outlet is not getting any business from me.

You lack compassion and you have zero courtesy to reply email with lame excuses given i.e. busy. I would never recommend your company/services to anyone. Go back to basics and learn about customer care before you feed yourself with so much ego. If I could give you a zero star..I would.
