★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No phone number published here to call the center. My parcel has been in your place since 27th May till 31st May. No progress at all. Very disappointed with your service. If I can I don't want to give the 1 star, but gotta no choice. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously, don’t even exist, please close down already! My parcel was on hold at this place for 11 days and when i go to the centre to pick up, they can’t locate my parcel right away and ask me to wait for God knows how long! J&T is the worst!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very poor service for it… alway hv happened with this branch of Jnt. Just close the branch only. Better like haven’t this branch. This branch also haven’t to work, the parcel can hold on 1 week or more at there. Another stated parcel also arrive. This nearby still on hold there. Working same like rubbish!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasted 30 minutes and could not pick up my parcel. I went to pick up and their staff were rude and didn't even care. They prefer watching tiktok and Instagram videos with their phone. They asked me to wait. After 30 minutes of waiting, one of their staff asked me to go home and wait for delivery. Wasted my 30 minutes there with their rude and irresponsible attitude. And they would just ignore and leave you there without any help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My order from shopee arrived at this location on 19th February, until today as 25th February its still there. I paid rm10 for delivery service, its not air liur. Nobody pick up the 1300 call, only bots on chat (literally made me more angry). At last i have to cancel the order since its also expired in shopee. I will ban myself from using J&T in the future. I intended to give no star in this review because you didn't deserve it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their operation was jeopardised by covid, not enough workers. Walk in self collection is available 10am to 6pm everyday. Just give them your tracking number and their workers will notify after they found your parcel. Their workers are very kind and polite ?
