They never have size 22 in stock. The manager is also quite rude & they always give excuses when asked about size issues for clothings. The worst store ever!!!

Hi, can I give you my honest feedback, during my shopping experience in your KLCC store just yesterday 1/12/18. This is one of our many rounds of visiting your this store. We mostly do our purchases of groceries of food, bakery and snacks items. Regrettably, this one was the most appalling events. To cut the story short, we got mostly Christmas goodies, bread and quite a few items from your snacks section. There were quite a traffic at the check out but there was only 1 till opened. Nevertheless, we continue to stay in our queue patiently. I must highlight this employee - a cashier of yours, I believe that he is of Indian descendant (not particular, only need to be specific). Not only he displayed GREAT displeasure and uninterested in his work there, having a face on, not to tell you that he never smiled. My partner and I asked if we can pay our all shopping at this food counter in the appajrels, he replied no, as there was no security tag remover, we then suggested to him is it good to inform your Management. He further responded as - The Management already knew, and still they will not act on it. With his answer, I commented that - 'You don't really enjoy your work here, as you don't seems to smile to your paying customer. To my horror, his answer was, 'This is me, if you think am not happy, I can't do anything!' Wow really??? The last straw on the camel's back, was he did not even bother to say the magic word - Thank You upon me paying in full. My threshold of patience has not been good with such behavior as I am departing with my money at your store!!! So without a doubt, I showed my displeasure by saying 'YOU ARE WELCOME' ! to him. Certainly, this my very sarcastic remark responding to his really ill mannerism. Then out of the blues, there was this extremely mentally disturbed man behind me shouted the 4 letter word and hurled repeatedly that vulgarity at me. To my flaming disbelief self , that cashier of your just stood there and done nothing, nothing at all about it.!!! Your cashier did not even bother to stop this man from his vulgarity at me and never alert YOUR security, and that was extremely irresponsible of him. With such heinous and appalling behavior displayed, we have decided that this was last and final time for us to step into your KLCC or maybe considering to strike out M & S from our shopping mind from now .

This is by far, the most complete Marks&Spencer concept store in the whole of Malaysia. I was mesmerized by the sheere size and variety of this store. Even those M&S stores in Kalng Valley dont come close with this.
