The doctor and staffs are really nice and friendly. The consultation was very informative and easy to understand. Thank you Dr. Melisa Goh. The place is clean and comfortable. The price is also affordable. Baarakallahu Fiikum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m really sad and disappointed with doctor mel from Mary eve setia Alam . Because she misguided me and misconduct me my baby died at weeks 18. Not a good doctor and Mary eve dared to tell me that cerclage at weeks 12 no specialist can do . When I went to ppum the head of gynaecologist which is a specialist said I should come at weeks 12 why did I come so late . I told him that I was told by the clinic to go now cz no doctors can do cerclage earlier than that . And he said that’s why you should go see specialist and not those cap Ayam doctor . This is what I get . Full of regrets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been keeping this since my second visit untill now. Dear Dr. Mel. You said I have PCOS in Jan 2020 and I went to a different clinic in Sept 2020 since it was during pandemic and I live far from Setia Alam, just to know my problem because I’m trying to start to conceive. Then in 2021 Aug, I went for another opinion to a different fertility clinic. Doc said I don’t have PCOS but Andenomyosis. Of course I was feeling hmmm. So I went to Mary Eve after no more pkp and roadblocks. Of course to get different opinion because Dr Mel was the first that diagnosed me to have PCOS. But to my surprise, Dr Mel attitude was so different from my first visit (she was soo nice) but during my recent visit. She was kind of mad at me and asking what’s my problem, what I want to know? Why am I jumping here and there?? ( sounds like a teacher scolding her student) And when I showed her the scans and all, she said “ Are you sure It was me that talk to you back in Jan” (something like this) “Because I’ll never say something like this pcos blablabla” and even said I don’t have Andenomyosis. Even after she scan me through TVS. she just said it’s nothing. Even for the PCOS. She then change it to saying maybe “ maybe kalau tak jga makan blh trigger pcos. Nampak mcm ada” after soo confident for saying I don’t have one. But here I am weeks later.. at hospital and O&G doctor confirmed it’s ANDENOMYOSIS. One thing I want to say, please when treating your patient. Don’t get too emotional. I’m not sure why you sounds so mad at me… probably because I went to different clinics for second opinion? For whatever reason it is. I am still upset and even feel like crying at that time but I hold myself. I will never come back. Thank you for your service.

Thanks Dr Melissa for guiding me, your kindness, good explanation. If there's a chance i would like to go here again. Thanks to all the staffs too.
