★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the new doctor, not sure what her name was but she is a malay Dr with tied black hair. Dr Alia?Arliaa? Did not greet us as patients. Did not even smile and did not handle her patient gently. Used to come here and see Dr Nisa and she is very kind. Excellent service otherwise however very disappointed with an ill mannered Dr.
Skills can be learnt but only manners will keep your patient coming. Sadly will not come again to see this incompetent Dr. Call before you come, check which Dr is working. Other Drs are fine and kind, however very very disappointed with Dr Alia (i think that’s her name).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst clinic ever?????????? Went there for a 5D scan. was told prior visit that 5D scan is going to cost RM 60. Arrived at around 3:40pm and the doctor only arrived 30 mins later. Staffs shouldve at least told us that shes going to be late but thats not the point. The freaking TV inside the ultrasound room WASNT EVEN FUNCTIONING and the doctor was just showing the screen on the machine which was very annoying because the room was quite small so my husband had to squeeze just to see it. the 5d or whatever D scan wasnt done because the baby's hand was covering the whole face which was fine and the doctor was like ok im going to charge u for a 2D scan only. Guess how much was charged? a freaking RM 110 and the scan wasnt even a detailed scan. Ive been to multiple clinics and i was never charged more than RM 80 for a 2d US. That didnt just end there, they even had the audacity to text me afterwards to transfer another RM 50 bcs apparently bill was supposed to be RM 160 bcs the scan was done by a specialist????????? who ever does that????????????? idk man parents please please avoid this clinic for any pregnancy related scan. Not worth your money and time.
