★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Approached a male staff seated near the entrance to seek assistance. Worst customer service when he did not really look up. He just pointed to somewhere in front for me to get a number.
After getting the number, need to wait. Even when two or three customer service staff were not serving anyone. Speed and respect of your customer time is important.
What Malaysian Hospitality is that. Come on, buck up Malaysia Airline staff and truly embrace our Malaysian hospitality of warm, courteous and friendly culture that we are known for.
No point putting such a Big Big sign of "Malaysian Hoapitality" when the customer service agents does not practice it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last Saturday I was at the Ticketing office buying tickets using my enrich points and cash . I was attended by one Ms Ainaa . She was soft spoken and polite and very patient . I found her knowledgeable and responsive , and I got what I wanted in about half an hour .
I was not happy with the short working hours though , from 11 am to 7 30 pm . There were about 20 people waiting when I was there .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's shameful, you changed my ticket several times, I had to return to Bangkok on April 12, you changed for April 11 and a few hours later for a return on April 14, you are incredible Malaysia Airlines, you are champions, who will pay for my hotel nights, who will pay for the modification of my other Bkk to Samui ticket which was scheduled for April 12, I ask you to cancel and refund my ticket plane, I don't want to travel with Malaysia Airlines anymore, you are the shame of the worst airlines I have known. I advise you never to travel with Malaysia Airlines. Very bad and incompetent Customer Service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes the waiting is excruciating. There were only a handful of staffs but endless customers. I've waited 50mins for my turn, and spent 80mins resolving my issues. Thanks to a very patient SITI HAJAR explaining both MAS ticket and Enrich points t&c. She has helped resolve refunding issue, changing of tickets because a family member passed on, closing of the said Enrich account, transferring the points and etc. Again, very grateful for her patience and advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personally I found the staff and level of service very good I suppose the most annoying thing is it's quite small for the amount of people who want to use it so often they'll be lots of waiting around possibly while standing especially at weekends I expect. Park in Sentral parking zone B using tngo card 5rm for an hour quite reasonable for the area. Parking lot entrance not where google says it is but on the right hand side of the road (same as Starbucks) and about 200m further along into a ramp inside the building itself.
Ticket office opens at 10am - if you can DEFINITELY come early because later in the day you could be waiting literally for hours. It's a shame they don't either make it bigger as the demand is very obviously there or they don't use some kind of app so you could at least have an electronic number and could therefore go off to do other stuff and keep an eye on that.
