★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best shop ever for me. I got this key chain there and it's so cute. I just I had more. I also got a whale one i think not quite sure. U should go there it's amazing so many cuddly toys to play with. There are also things u can use like a back thing. So go there it's AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A female staff with golden hair is dancing around in the store and screaming and laughing around, mocking customer service by acting in inappropriate ways; another male staff which is buffed up in size respond rudely to customer requests looking for item, answering loudly and rudely, and pointing direction, look like does not want to be disturbed. Overall i cant believe why miniso hire staffs like this, like kid, that make the overall customer service experience so horrible. Please supervise your staff please. Last time i came here the staff was good and friendly, now?
