★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. This place is definitely not bad! Haven't had a good nasi padang/minang food in a long time. It's located nearby some under trees in kampung baru. The best indicator would be there's always a busker outside the restaurant singing some nice songs. Their lauk pauk selections is quite nice with ayam goreng berempah being the favorite of mine. They have ikan goreng, limpa, perut and other curry stuff. Price are quite reasonable. If looking for nice, not so heavy quick lunch, come here. Only resistance is that parking is a bit tough and there's queue but not too long if you come early. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serving variety of food like rendang, crispy chicken, daging dendeng and vegetables like ulam raja with sambal belacan is really superb. A bit hard to find parking spot but there is RELA who will control the traffic. Among the best nasi Padang and worth to have your lunch with family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice eatery that is close to Kuala Lumpur city center. Normally in the weekend you have to come early or even have to reserve, as not to be frustrated by sold out dishes. The dishes are delicious, comprising of gulai ayam, ayam panggang, spicy minang sambal, fresh juicy drinks, and varities of cooked fishes. There is a paid parking lot beside this cute eatery. And let's try some of their meals....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The taste is great with a good selection to choose from. Due to the crowds, they always run out of sambal, sometimes as early as 11.30am. The family that run the shop is very friendly and polite. Been eating here for many years and the price is getting more and more expensive lately. Cleanliness of the shop can be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great spot for a Nasi Padang lunch. I have been wanting to come here for while, only to notice it was closed for the past 2 months as the owner had a fracture.
Today to my surprise the restaurant has reopened (been 3 days since reopening). I had a plate of fried chicken and tripe on top of plain white rice (which was fluffy!). It was an enjoyable meal.
Environment: 3/5 (small shop, can be packed on peak periods)
Parking: 3/5 (theres a paid parking spot behind the shop, RM4)
Food: 4/5 (Good, tasty Padang food, hard to fault)
Price: 4/5 (not as cheap as I thought it would be)
Visit again? Yes!
