★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience with the Malay girl staff, ask her to arrange for reservation of a shirt and delivery to home, she took contact and told me that she will let me know the outcome soon. After 1 hour, went back to store to check the progress, she was eating at the back and not done anything yet! Came out and saw me, ask “oh you need it urgent is it?” I’m like what do you mean? and she just relax and ask colleague how to do the delivery arrangement (with her mouth chewing food). Totally unacceptable! Please educate your staff if you wish your brand to survive in Malaysia.
