★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprisingly, both wet & dry were quite good although the dry version was a little salty to my liking. Price is on the higher end though. Initially we were quite scared to dine in as there were negative reviews on the owner & servers. Fortunately, we didn't experience that & overall enjoyed ourselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very comfortable and nice restaurant. Food is good and the bak kut teh soup is quite tasty, though I wish the meat is more tender. Probably they need to boil down the meat a bit more?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service was excellent and our food and drinks came really fast, it’s so unreal for a Bak Kut Teh shop to have such a tiptop service. The BKT here is for those who like their soup thick and flavourful. On a side note, the shop also has a nice instagramable design.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is delicious (although I like the dry BKT over the wet version). Place is clean, and service is good. Parking is good (Sunday 2pm), hence a good place to avoid Puchong traffic for weekend lunch/dinner

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is excellent. Staff is attentive to request. Dry bkt is very tasty. Love the ladies fingers, cuttlefish added to the meat.
Wet bkt.. Soup is thick and tasty. Meat is tender.
The chicken feet is so so only ;prefer it to be deep fried then stewed.
Overall, I still give it 5 stars..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bkt soup was nice, light and less salty… though they took quite a while to refill and also when refilling, only one small bowl of soup refilled at a time.
There are 4 of us, so I felt that was not enough. Almost as soon as one or two person take the soup, we would have to ask them to refill again. And we have to wait again. (Maybe we all got used to the style whereby they would refill using kettle at other place.) In the end we all quite reluctant to take a lot of soup for fear not enough for everyone. So kinda spoilt the mood.
The interior was nice, well spaced between each table. Comfortable temperature with aircond.
Just one annoying thing was the music that was played. Non-stop loop / repeat of one song which I thought sounded like a commercial. I nearly went crazy listening to it again and again while having dinner about 1 hour there. Why do they torture people eating listening to one commercial over and over again ?
