β β β β β Done allignment with them, but the wheel doesn't feel like it had been aligned. They dont really done the alignment carefully. Payed rm 38 for nothing.

β β β β β On Saturday 4 November 2017 I send my car here to check power window switch. They were unable to help me with the reason of time and order. I left my name and number for them to check price and call me back. No calls since Monday. Business must be really good!
On Thursday 9 November 2017 I took half day off to go there but the staff told me I didn't come by Monday so he didn't check the price and availability of spare parts for me. Wow! What kind of service is this? As a paying customer, do I need to remind and call you to do your work? Where's the sense of urgency and service? Now that I'm here I'm still waiting for an alternative solution for my power window. Only God knows how long I've to wait for the price quote and availability of the spare parts.
Thought economy is bad. Thank God I'm not the boss. If I'm the boss, I'd have fired him long ago. I'm going to waste my time here. Check your attitude towards customer. Service sucks!
