★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad batu lancang branch. Halfway through the cut the kid says he dont actually know how to cut tht he is still new. Throughout the whole time he keeps repeating tht and ask me how to cut how to make it short. I did the same haircut 3 times there exact thing they all did the same. But the kid with the gshock says idk again and again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, on a fine weekend I went in to the the shop without booking. There were no one there to attend to walk-in customers. The usual norm of walking in to a barber is that an admin would greet you and take your contact details to call you when your turn is up. So, I went in with that assumption and approached the barber asking where can I put on my details as I am aware that they don't seem to have an admin. The barber replied (young short lad) "tunggu luar". To me it was utterly rude because I greeted and asked the question politely. Without thinking twice, I walked away. Why did I chose Matsaleh Barber at the start was because of the price but I guess it goes hand in hand with the saying of "well, you get what you pay for".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst haircut in my entire life!! The barber doesn't understand my need at all despite i explained it a few times. End up, that's the worst hair I have ever cut in my life!! Asymmetrical and uncannily bizarre!! I cannot accept it at all, at a point I gv up correcting him and let him do whatever he wants.
I won't visit this place ever! Kthxbye.
