★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i love these group of people, they truly care about what their customers and tenant needs and they will ensure that they provide a suitable unit for the tenants. i highly recommend one of the agent, Prasert as he provide good service and always helpful in assisting me through out the whole process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst property management ever! They do not deserve any star at all. I'm staying in The Greens (Residensi Hijauan). I stayed there for 7 months with 6 months electricity trip. Complaint so many times and until the 6th months only they fix the problem. The agents also will seen and not replying message. Deposit returning promised within 30 days but took around 2 months to get back. Even if you rush them, they will also seen or not replying message. Not sure when can i get back my deposit. Very very very super bad experience. Strictly not recommend this company to others. Please think twice before moving into any property under this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stay at their renting unit previously, from A-Z the agent explain to me very well. Prasert is my 1st agent he brought me viewing the unit, fill up the move in form in their office and help me to get earlier move in to tht unit. Seriously he help me a lot! Then after i finish my internship program i move out, their admin help me to process my refund deposit and i get it within 30working days as their promises. If im not mistaken their admin name is Dianne. She so helpful. Now i already got a new permanent job and i still find their agent to find me an available unit. My current agent name is Shelden. Same like my first agent he also well explain to me and he give me the unit tht i want it! I think their agent is well trained. Until now if anything i need they will give a hand to assist me greatly! Have one day i ask them to assist me because my unit got locked (i left my room key in my room) they arrange their technician asap to help me open the door. hehehe their technician come to my unit so fast!! love it!! Keep it up guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i feel sorry for those who had bad experienced. But for my experience i have been here almost 2 year and i think their agent and mangement is quite good and friendly. Even if i ask aything on weekend they still reply my text. Eventho their reply late but i understand la tht they also got a lot of tenant to handle its normal la. But they still keep on update and assist anything tht i need. Their agent also very gently always arrange their technician to assist me follow my available time coz lst time my unit got a problem with the wifi. Their admin dianne also vry helpful she keep on update me if my wifi cn be use already or not tht time. I think they all quite good if they late reply thts normal i think. Maybe they forgot or too busy just remind them then they will arrange it asap. for me i love to stay here coz al the facility they provided is really great! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented one of their premium unit at PJS9. Their sales team and admin very responsive and helpful. I got assist by Mr Prasert for move in and when i move out QC Mr Shelden contact me. All the process went well and I got refund before the due date. Overall their service already improved and I will suggest people to rent here. Don't forget to claim referral discount when you bring your relative to stay here too! Thank you Maxihomes ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In a female unit but the male agents comes in and go as they wish and informing the tenants for just a few times. This is rude. I have pointed out the issue before because i am a muslim. Now i think this management takes lightly of my aurat.
Point out my dissatisfaction in the whatsapp group and the reply given was like 'no more next time' but this matter has been repeated for several times. And that's it. Truly disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The agents are very rude and unresponsive when there's an issue. They won't reply to your messages most of the time. When called, they don't pick up.
They're rude because they always come without telling at least a day beforehand. If you're a woman, imagine how unsafe it is to have some strange man entering your house at any given time, with more strangers sometimes when they're showing vacant rooms.
They also have no tolerance and simply told me they won't give me my deposit back, because according to them, I let them know that I'm moving out late. They forced me to extend my stay at their unit. When messaged and called to discuss further, they ignored me.
The rooms are overpriced and cramped. A three-bedroom home is turned into a five-bedroom home. There's no living room, not much space to relax and put other things like an ironing board or even to exercise. It's not worth it.
It's a very very very bad experience. Trust all the one star reviews. They're all true!

A responsible representative of the company has taken the initiative to investigate the issue with regards to the security deposit refund in light of this Google review.
I'll update more on this platform if the deposit is returned.

Deposit was returned, but the experience with them was not the best. Proceed with caution.
A surge of positive reviews appeared after I posted about my bad experience. One of them was by their staff, and I'm not surprised if the rest are too.
Again, think carefully before renting with them.
