I was tricked into believing that the family package deal that I signed up at RM 128 per month will get me to enjoy the 60G data, plus all the other 3 of my family members can be my sublines at RM 48 per month and they can enjoy the 30G monthly data.
Later I was asked to further upgrade to a RM 158 per month package to get all 3 family members in, because the original deal only allows for 2 family members as sublines.
I felt I was cheated.

β β β β β I would give negative stars if there was an option. Worst customer service in all of Malaysia! Not helpful at all. Could not answer questions fully and immediately offended the customer by making assumptions on their credibility without officially checking. That's DISCRIMINATION... Maxis, please train your staff here on proper customer service etiquette and tact if you want to keep your customers happy.

β β β β β If possible i would give ZERO STAR!! The person in charge chinese girl name MIKI very rude answer my questions macam nak gaduh dengan orang. I came here at 10 am. Still early. If you are tired because too many customers too entertain (if at evening) i can understand and consider lah but still early baru bukak kedai. I dont know why but the staff at maxis ioi and alamanda both are not very friendly very rude. My experience in maxis klcc still the best! Above all, no more maxis ioi and alamanda!!! Don't stand infront if you dont have a good social skills and not friendly and not interested to entertain your customers. Thanks!

β β β β β Terrible service by this Maxis dealer. Was going there to sign up Maxis Home Fibre Device offer for an Ipad 9th Gen. Served by a worker who named Taufiq. Lousy service with slow system even card payment machine also hang and took 20 minutes to settle. When signing contract, told us that we will be getting the device like 2weeks to 2 months, but usually it takes 1 week plus. In the end, totally no update from Maxis at all except sending me an email on the day of signing contract with an device IMEI provided. I have been waited like 2 weeks plus and contact the Maxis worker (Taufiq) for an update. But sadly totally no reply from him for like two days, I had decided to visit to Maxis dealer center again. Another stuff there gave me a contact and ask me that I have to contact the courier company by myself and chasing them for the update of delivery status. This is so ridiculous. I have paid for the service but in the end asking me to go update myself. Then, the courier company updated me saying that my ID is not registered in their system and they do not provide service for delivering Ipad as well. ???????? after few days, Maxis called me saying they gave the wrong courier company to me and according to the SLA, the delivery of my device should be within 30days instead of 1 week or 2 weeks time that being told by their Maxis Dealer stuff.

The service is totally terrible and disappointed. The workers are unprofessional as well by giving wrong information. No update no aftersales service. They do not bother you after you signing their contract. Very bad service by maxis. My first and the last time.

β β β β β my mom wanted to use e sim on her apple watch, tapi staff mistaken add e sim on her iphoneβ¦and she already said she wants to connect her iphone to apple watch.. supposedly staff explain clearly lah before anything especially to older customers, whats the process plan and whats needed, terrible customer service lah -_-

β β β β β Me too if possible will give them -10 stars...booked an iPhone with them was told that need to wait a week they'll call once it's available..next week they whatsapp and said phone available but u need to come on the time they are free which is weekdays and cannot come on weekends..when asked why,their agent named miki(I saw another complaint on her 4 months ago but no action was taken I guess cause she's still there and she's still very rude) why cannot come on weekend she said they only entertain existing customers on weekdays and weekends is only for new customers. I dont know what kind of rubbish policy is this. Been a loyal customer to maxis for more than 10 years and I was never treated this way..im thinking of switching service provider now because maxis hq doesn't seem to care about their 3rd party dealers' services to customers..
