★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at L2-64. They have self serve kiosk, where you can replace your simcard within 2min. But remember to bring your NRIC for verification. Simcard comes in all size.

Call 2nd number also not pickup.

This store would be a good example of it. 2 staff I dealt with during my visit on February 9, 2019, totally don't know what they're talking about. Gave me a wrong advise and wasted my time. I ended up knowing when I visited another DiGi Store. Shame on you DiGi for allowing such an incompetent stuff as a front liner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the female staff is very impatient to share information. Can definitely work on her selling skills and communication skills because I really can't understand what is she trying to say. Also, basic respect to the customer would've close the deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please educated your staff properly before sends them to serve at your stores. On my visit here on 15/2/2020, one of your female staff even dont know anything about the plan & promotion ongoing at your official website, when I ask her about the Phone Freedom 365 Samsung Galaxy S20, she said she don't know anything about this pre-order promotion, then told me to call service center, what the heck ?if I just need to call service center why should I go there to ask about this. Just waste my time go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Save your time and go to other Digi Store. They do not attend to their customers. Eyes are always on the phone. I went here to port in to digi prepaid from maxis prepaid and they said I could only do it at the digi centre like sunway midvalley and the gardens. Then I called Digi Tesco Kajang and they said they could do it. Finally, went to digi kajang and got my business done within 5 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Digi store service, was there to buy a phone but no one bothered to serve us after we stood there for like 5 minutes, even there were 2 guys who were free. Approached them but when they see me they pretended to go outside and answer phone immediately, if you wonder how did I know they were pretending is because when they walked outside they just chitchatting there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experience, was mislead by the sales guy to close a deal, and the sales guy cant explain properly. Sales guy is reluctant to explain and only explains what he wants, even if you ask multiple times when he finally explains it, he speaks softly and you can barely hear, It's tiring to deal with him. Summary : Dishonest sales guy, tiring have to keep asking multiple times, its so hard for him to explain, misleads on payment and services are kept hidden even when you ask. Disappointed, better go other store easier.
