★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very very bad service from Maxis Jusco Bukit Mertajam Centre!!!!!! Employees are horrible and have no respect for customers at all. Instead they made fun of us!!! What kind of service is this? Stated maximum 5 people to enter at a time but told us to go out because they need to let other people go in. If that is the case, then they should state properly on the board saying that only people have "Dealings" with maxis can go in. Instead they chased us out. Ok fine let it be. Then said following SOP of 5 people but had around 8 people and more in the store. So where is the SOP in that? Additional to this, this Indian lady was very very rude and even asked us as customers if we are educated????? As an employee, how can you say stuff like that towards us as customers? As an employee as what I know, customers are always right but no instead they made us leave the store and made fun of us. So basically potential customers are not welcomed in?
To add on how is this a service when we are buying 2 new iPhones and giving them profit instead. Is this how they treat every customer? Honestly the worst Maxis service in Jusco Aeon Bukit Mertajam mall. The higher authorities should really do something about this! Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give zero star if can, there is no service integrity from their customer service at all, staying there for more than 20 mins, not even a single one staff will entertain you
1. Chinese staff : sitting on the concierge talking to an old man not about sales but grandmother story for my than 30 mins despite knowing i was there queuing behind the line.
2. Malay guy : over friendly staff, talking to almost anybody but solve nothing, at last decided to bring the customer to the concierge and continue to chat there, who knows why maybe he is tired of standing?
Overall experience is very bad, the manager is like donald trump, know nothing about customer service yet act like one, full of b**ls**t
