β β β β β Customer service agent the worst ever. Raised his voice against me and dared me to file a complain against him with MCMC or whatever. I came over to a physical MAXIS centre to have my problems resolved as diverted by the online CS, came and get the same answers and all the blames throwing from this department to that drpartment. I do not care what department does what as this is your internal issues to solve not mine to care, all i know is i pay to MAXIS and have been doing so th past 2 decades! This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I will file a complain with whichever agency possible as per dared by your agent as I don't think I deserve this kind of treatment. He might give an excuse that he speaks loud because of mask on and an acrylic panel divider or what's not but this tone of voice was NOT what greeted me the moment I stepped in the centre.
Contact me and I'll provide you with the details of this CS agent which I personally think is utterly unacceptable.

β β β β β The initial Interaction was poor. To get a number we needed to download an app. This is inconvenient for someone like me who does not unnecessarily download any apps or games. With that done reluctantly we sat with Naim who took us through a Maxis fibre registration with ease. I only hope their internet service is up to par.

β β β β β Usually there are lots of people queuing, but come early, say 10:30am or so, and queues are much more acceptable.
Staff are quite helpful to resolve my questions.

β β β β β Representative isn't friendly. They are not or what but very weird. Not really helpful and also feels like talking to a robot than a human. 2/10 would recommend anyone to deal with this centre.

β β β β β Horrible endless waiting if you come during the peak hours.
*visit in 12-1pm.
Today I revisit again in none peak hour 5pm. Staff is relax and helpful, also friendly. He solved my problems. I have cheaper plan after revised subscription, with an extra line.

β β β β β Went to transfer my late date maxis postpaid account to my own name. The service representative did not allow me to transfer the account on the spot with the photocopy death cert and asking me to come back another time with original death cert. However after several discussion, they allow the number to transfer to pre-paid account and this deal manage to done on the spot. After several weeks I noticed there is a deposit amount in the postpaid account and I rechecked with the service representative who assisted with my case and I got no response at all. When the account was transferred to prepaid, why was the postpaid deposit not returned on the spot and the service representative just keep it silence on all this. Terrible service.

β β β β β Need to queue for more than 1 hour before being attended. I don't know why can't they give us queue number and expected time to be served so we can go elsewhere to avoid unnecessary covid risk. Technology company with no humanising tech at all.
