★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m writing this as a very disappointed customer. I am a working mother and can’t really find a time to go physical store to buy it. Since I need urgently as my current stock is almost finishing. Then I book a delivery guy (Lalamove) to help me to buy. As the moment Lalamove guy was there the sales person at Estée Lauder Sunway pyramid refuse to sell to him saying they can’t buy on behalf.. how is this practical? In that case my husband can’t buy fro me? Or I can’t hire a delivery person to buy for me. Isn’t that the product must reach to customer for the convenience side. I had to pay the delivery guy for nothing.
Worst customer service ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to ask something about the products with my bf but we saw there are only one staff there serving a customer so we choose to come back later. After that, we came back into the shop again she was still serving the customer so we waited there but this staff has no sign of wanted to serve us she even not looking at us at all I know we look younger than the customer but she shouldn't act like we are a transparent glass I'm so disappointed at this shop.
