β β β β β Really bad service, all of the customer services too bad and lier. It says the service does not charge amount but after I applied they charge more that expected. Their attitude also too bad. The line there also very bad event I still using maxis! Their apps also cannot loging really bad sevices

β β β β β All staff were really, really, really, really, really, really, really bad. All the major and minor body language are very rude. The most rude is being angry at your 'meal of a plate'!. Uncappable to answer and explain well to the customer the simple thing. Very rude la you. If you want the job please do it right. If you don't want the job please don't come to the shop, save your energy to do so. I'm begging you. WORK WITH HEART.

β β β β β Went there to get a new phone. There was a queue. It was ok to queue up. The personnel knew that i was looking for this particular model and checked a list and mentioned to me that there were still some units available. I was then asked to wait for a while for another staff to deal with me. Waited 15 minutes, there was a nice guy informed me that the model was not available anymore. Total waiting time was roughly 30 min. But the wait was for nothing. Information was not accurate.

β β β β β Very bad customer service. 8-10 free staff loitering in the store with only one of them engaging a previous customer. Had to wait for over 30 minutes, and when asked, the staffs' response was "we're all busy and engaged".
Not recommended at all.

β β β β β Although busy (1pm visit on a Friday) the staff were very helpful to understand my enquiry and guide me to best solution. I had a solution in less than a few minutes. There was a queue for attention but the 2 greeting staff were efficient and kept the waiting time to minimum. The services include - phone sales, account payment, mobile phone plans (post and pre-paid) - I am sure I have missed some things but generally very helpful. I have noticed previously that this is a popular and busy service centre so expect to queue to be seen.
