Why is Unify not able to hire good staff there? Everyone only give 1 Star here. So embarrasing for a company in the year 2019!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Limited services, was very dissapointed. It's only good to open new account. You cannot get them to upgrade your account or troubleshoot. Might as well shut it down, instead of misleading customers. Waste of time going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plan to return back the modem and cable back to any branch (Have asked customer service) so I choose Midvalley (LG level) branch which is nearer.
A Chinese girl who sat in counter and playing with her phone using a very bad attitude and black face to "serve" and tell me this branch is not accepting.
Bad service ! Not only for the information is different from customer service's reply but also the attitude of the staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to come to Midvalley shopping often, I feel this small corner-end Tm point is a bit convenient to me although I stayed in Subang Jaya. Tm point in Taipan is slow service than here and hard to get parking. Here also slow but no need worry about parking. All these staff here don't know anything, only know how to collect money? So bare in minds, pay for unifi bill can pay here, complaints must go to Tm point offices

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kudos to Ms Zyun, a very good job did by Ms Zyun who is stationed at Mid Valley TM branch (opposite of GO NEEDLE HOUSE). Despite only a RM 19 package taken up by me, she was serving me patiently, and explained to me one by one, and even provide me with her number in case i got any inquiry, is worth rated as 5 star services for her Professional Services.
However, the treatment was totally different when i walked pass the Mid Valley Kioks, i told the lady that i am the existing Unifi customer, but i only want to take up the RM 19 plan just to maintain my existing number. However, she told me that only RM 59 package can be done at the Kioks, and to change my line from maxis to TM for this RM 19 plan, i need to make it at Menara TM or Taman Desa there, i do believe her at first and planning to go over to the Menara TM @ Taman Desa . Luckily i was walking around to look for the food, and found Ms Zyun at the Mid Valley branch infront of the GO NOODLE HOUSE. Otherwise i would need to spend another day just to walk in to Menara TM Taman Desa purposely. Who know i may get infected with Covid by having another round of visit to other branch?
I am not sure whether the lady is not aware that she is actually able to assist me or just too lazy to handle my case due to it is only a small case of RM 19 package, perhaps the comnission is not attractive or is totally without any commission? I am in Sales Line for almost 10 years this is consider totally unacceptable for me being a representative to a listed company, even she don't know how to do it, she can refer me to another TM representative, i am fine with it, as everyone once a beginner, but this kind of attitude is totally unethical and not professional at all.
But anyway, due to the professional services from Ms Zyun, i will consider to stay with TM for the unifi services in future. And hope that the same scenario will not happen again next time.
