★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服务态度超差，问可以从postpaid 转成prepaid吗？一位女上司问我们来做什么了之后，没有跟我们说什么了，然后自己在那边聊天，聊了又我们来做什么的，我又重复，又让我们再那边等，结果等了又等，她竟然就说自己打去123问，我们当下真的觉得为什么这样奇怪的？为什么一开始不直接告诉我打电话就好了？这就是你的服务态度?你还是那边的上司，我真的觉得这样的上司会怎样让人觉得你这间的水准在哪里。
The service attitude is very poor. Can I switch from postpaid to prepaid? After a female boss asked us what we were here, she didn’t say anything to us, and then she chatted over there by herself. After chatting about what we were doing, I repeated it again, and let us wait over there again, but in the end we waited. Waiting again, she actually said she called 123 and asked, why do we really think it's so weird right now? Why don't you just tell me to call in the first place? This is your service attitude? You are still the boss over there. I really think how such a boss will make people think of your standard in this room.
