★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this place yesterday. The funniest thing was,there were 2 customer service sat down and when we enter,they just look at us with silent. I need to say Hi. Then they continue to just sat and i asked about the device plan. They just looks at the screen and said to me,i need to check it by myself through the website. I said i dont really understand how much should i pay for that. Still,ask me to check it by myself. Funny eyy,just closed this place so that you dont hve to pay for the staff. Come on Malaysian,if someone enter to your place,means that we as a customer have intention to buy it. If i can simply get more info from the web,means that i dont need to come to you and ask. Umobile kinda big company in Malaysia,go train your staff. Monitor them all the time. If the is negative button,surely i will press it. Not even worth to give 1star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disaster within 3 weeks from about end of september 2021, signal suddenly badly interrupted and to get online internet. Was informed due to schedule maintenance till 17 October but until 20 Oct 21 the problem still there in kg sri menanti senggarang and other kampungs on the area. Wonder there is no early information for the schedule maintenance and keep people customer in the dark what happened. If no option for fast recovery on data internet fron this telco, have to migrate to other telco. Please make it signal and data recovery soon. Nowdays this internet is essential for many thing including online school, bankineg etc...People keep watching...
