★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I’ve been a customer of Maxis for many many years! I requested a supplementary SIM card last week and received it today sent to the house. I come back and call maxis to activate it as Per stated in the letter and they say they can’t activate it now!!! What the heck!!! So why sell me something that cannot be used??? I need it now not in 24hours or 3 working days!!! When it came to the request of the line, they were so efficient and the fastest to make sure I confirm to take the supplementary line with package and all but now I’ve received and it can’t be used!!! What a waste of my time to wait when I could have just gone to buy a line outside with other telco companies and definitely would not receive inefficient ridiculous service like this! Why just sell something but then ask the customer to wait!!!! Might as well say it takes one week to deliver!! Then save this trouble of disappointment!!! I’m utterly disappointed with this ridiculous service!!! And I must state, no where in the letter that comes with it does it state anything of waiting 24 hours or 3 working days to be activated!!!! Nowhere!!! Come on!!! Be clear maxis!!! How long have you been around as a telco provider to be this inefficient!
