★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service Sgt tak mesra, layan mcm nk tak nak, I apply for portable WiFi and then bila nk apply untuk fibre WiFi, the staff should be asking me either applying at the same account or different account. She said to terminate the portable WiFi but she don't and I need to paid for 2 months punya tunggakan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walk-in few weeks ago to enquiry about the fiber services provided in Maxis. The lady advised to wait for at least 3 days and she’ll make a call regarding the coverage at my place. Never received any calls and I decided to make a call. She answered and ask for more time which is unacceptable. Finally, I’ve decided to choose unifi, Tm.
