★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad first impression, unfriendly and not inviting. They ignored me since I'd knocked several times but keep doing their stuff. When I finally entered, they avoid eye-contact and obviously don't want to cut my hair for whatever reason, maybe if you're Chinese you can easily enter. What is this toxic business doing in this community? Shame. Very picky. I'll spread more words about this.

But when i want to repeat again the way staff communicate really rude.. i want to make an appointment on the next day but the male chinese staff said busyyyyyyy.. hello is that the answer for me who come want to setup an appointment. Pls improve ur communication skills.
