Very bad service, she ask me a lot of useless questions, she said I already have 3 accounts at another banks and I cannot open a new account at here. Actually, I don't want to give them even 1 star

When they want to sell you their low performing product, they are proactive, else they are inefficient as shyt... Everytime you visit them with large some of cash (savings/TT) the front desk pull you aside to(sembang) basically sell you insurance&investment plan. For withdrawal? I send in an insurance withdrawal form&supporting ducument to them on 18th august. That time the staff are selling me another insurance,(again) I tell her fine, as long as you settle this one for me, and I see if the return is really as good as you say. And now 2 months have passed, and havent heard of any updated from them (usually it takes only 2 weeks to complete) Emailed etiqa, ETIQA SAYS THEY RECEIVE NOTHING ????? At first, i whatsapp the staff(That want to sell me another plan), she said she had covid at september, she'll help me check after she went back to work. Of course, I still felt pity for her. I say okay, take care, and update please update me whenever is possible... Please note that i submited the docs on august, and she had covid in sept... And then, all the way until today, she don't reply me afterwards, email etiqa, NOTHING ??????????? Gonna report it to BNM soon. "Owh and i forgot to say, when they sell you the products, they don't care about your privacy and shyt, They'll open up all your saving and investment with them, and say :"wah you have so much saving here and there, come consider our this and that plan" After this experince, plan to change bank soon.

Nice treatment from staffs and guards although quiet slow and have to wait too long because there are many people but overall we need to be understanding due to current situations and have to follow protocols for safety.

Very bad customer service, talk to customer with no manner and very rude.. Please educate your frontline staff.. You don't know who you are talking with!

Great service but hardly to find parking spots. The guard there very baik one. But the bank staffs very fussy.

Seem like most rude employee i've encounter. Lack of communication between staff makes customer life miserable.

To be honest, Maybank Alor Setar has made my day miserable. Mark this date dear unprofessional and lazy staffs (26th January 2022; 12:00pm). Is answering call too much for you and isn't it your job to adhere to. I tried calling your number several times and ended up one of your staff took the call and hanged up. Wow, this is another level.
