★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most lousy Maybank ever, when you first walk in they will just reluctant to ask how can they help you, they will just let you wait for nothing. When you wanted to do any transaction in this bank, open account, change atm card or whatsoever, they will say waiting time minimum 2 hours, can you wait? They are just trying to chase you away to other bank!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously? I arrived at 11 oclock, to create an account i have to wait till 3pm or more while the bank is off at 4 oclock? No queue number is given, but i have to fill in a form to wait for getting a queue number, ridiculous. Suggestion: around kedah still have lots of maybank, and you always have a better choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Slow & Unfriendly service. I went to the the Bank today at 12 pm to replace my ATM/Debit Card. When I arrived there, they refused me to que on the line saying that they may not have time to serve as they will be closing at 2. pm during PKP. On the line, was just about 15 people. When I told them that the bank is closing at 2.00 and they will plenty of time, The officer managing the line just said that it is on his discretion to stop the line up by saying that they will not able to serve with those number of people. WHAT KIND OF BANK IS THIS ????????
