 Service at counter No. 3 very brilliant & good. as well as other employees are also very friendly and provide the best service. Other banks need to emulate employees in Bank Muamalat, Kulim, Kedah.
????? for all staff from the entrance to the upper level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servis di kaunter penyambut tetamu perlu di titik beratkan pada org yg sampai dahulu,bukan yg terjadi tadi org belakang boleh potong pulak.harap pihak bank ambik iktibar ye.lama jugak menunggu untuk buat urusan di kaunter.
The service at the reception should be at the point of emphasis on the person who arrives first, not what happened earlier, the person behind it can be cut off.

Direct service is not satisfactory .. Staff is not polite and unprofessional. Hope the superiors can take appropriate action, especially the account opening part

Betol2 terok service ... One has to wait for close to an hour ... .... many counters ...... Ksian old people .... After this year, close the account directly
