Apply housing loan. First visit waites 45min. Waited for 2 month no reply. Went there eventually. Waited for 30min. Told was rejected. The stuff said reasons is unknown. 3rd world country memtality where they think they are the ultimate bank in the country. Is their right customer serve them. Ironically, the maybank credit card department had offered me platinum card themselves base on my creditability. Went to request my latest bank statement from them today. The fat lady to me go back to print out from own computer them come to get endorsement from them. Damn!!. I was right in front of there branch. And i need to go back to print it out. Then make another stupid trip to this stupid branch to get the stupid endorsement!! Will cease whatever connection with this pathetic bank.

Before a few time I felt good services at here. But this time I felt very unhappy and sad of this bad service because the staff use finger pointing to my face and call me go out to talk my phone...Even a other third party make you unhappy, It was uncalled for to vent she anger on me,this is very unprofessional service!!

Bad service, troublesome appointment for opening Debit Card. Other bank services better than yours bank. If you prefer to open acc, pls dont come here, u must be triple patients.

As a very well known bank I think this branch has a lot of areas that need improvement. The counter service located at the first floor reminds me of how the service was like 40 years ago where the computer system was mediocrely slow but now in the year 2020 it is utterly ridiculous to still experience this. Maybe they are understaffed because not all counters are opened but this situation is disappointing to say the least. Reading some of the other reviews on the other department was also painting something similar. The only exception was the reception staffs at the entrance that seemingly courteous and helpful for the issuance of queue receipt.

The counter staff couldn't verify my authority without a TAC when I was standing in front of them with my bank details and passport. Then they called the main customer service who guided me through performing my transaction at the ATM. What's the point of counter staff if they aren't better at using the system than the average customer?

It's not just Maybank ATM here, there's also RHB bank, AM bank, CIMB bank and a money changer. As per most AEON ATM sites, it's well kept and safely hidden from prying eyes.
