★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch is really bad, customer service can not answer my question, in addition, the branch customer service staff is too rude, the attitude is too rude. I called and asked for a long time, no one can answered me and hung up on my phone,i ardy can many time ,and no one respon. We put money into the bank is a guarantee, the bank is responsible for answering me, not perfunctory perfunctory, if I do not ask the bank then I can ask who? no star at all !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad experience with this branch.. settled my car loan for more than a week now, but still have not process the JPJ e-batal.. never pick up phone when called.. called Maybank hotline to get help, even they could not get through.. what is the point of having contactless / online services then?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost one month I always come to the machine to top up my credit cards payment to AKPK account in this ATM MACHINE in MBB Bank in P. Jaya New Town Centre in Petaling Jaya. Everyday have a lots of different kinds of peoples went in to the bank and even machines too but the bank open at 8.30am until 4pm, Monday to Friday.
