โ โ โ โ โ Pernah call sekali maybank branch ni. Tanya berkenaan lebihan bayaran. Yang ralatnya, lupa nak tanya nama yang jawab call tu sape. Ofkos la kita akan tanya banyak kalau xpaham kan. Boleh pulak dia jawab. Saya xtau la nak terangkan macam mana kat awak ni. Susah je nak paham. Kalau kita dah paham, xde la kita call tanya. Jawab dengan berlagak. Macam la maybank tu dia punya. Cakap je la ilmu xcukup nak explain. Nak marah kita plak tanya banyak2. Bila dia pass phone ke kawan dia, elok je kawan dia boleh explain. Nampak sangat xpandai pun sbnanye. Belagak lebih

โ โ โ โ โ Tak professional. I only ask about signing acp which is tak nak tggu lama2. Tanya sahaja kene tunggu level ni ke untuk sign ACP. Jawab nya dekat counter(orang maybank) satu2 ya sy kene urus kan bukan skali gus. Sy cakap lg tak apa sy boleh tggu tp sy nak tahu sini ke tempat sign acp tu? Jawab org dekat counter eh tak tahu lah. Dengan muka malas layan. Whattt??? Sy tanya sahaja dekat sini ke urusan utk sign acp u jawab mcm tu je? Eh masa promote mcm nak jilat kaki bgtaw elok nya acp ni. Mcm ni korang layan cust? Not worth even zero STAR! Makcik yg dekat counter tu berpakaian serba pink dan berkaca mata. Tlg ya. Kalau malas layan org balik rumah jaga cucu.
