β β β β β Pekerja rhb nie memang x reti jawab telefon ke.. Banyak kali call x jawab.. Tak kan memanjang busy.. Tolong perbaiki perkhidmatan tu. Jgn suka menyusahkan org.
 Rhb employees are indeed x reti answer the phone to .. Many times call x answer .. It will not be long busy .. Please improve the service Do not like to bother people.

β β β β β 1) Service is so damn slow. No. 1138 when i sit down, 40min later still no. 1138
2) Some customer cut the queue, direct to counter and guess what, the staff don't care & settle their's first. If tat the case, why should we take number n wait like idiot ?!!!!
These problem ald there for years but i see no improvement from their side AT ALL !

β β β β β I know during PKPP,control crowded is very important..tqvm.But i dont understand,why dont let customer seat and wait inside better then crowded at outsideοΌοΌMy experience is..I look inside..just 1 -2person seating while waiting..others chair is emptyοΌI am sure seating among is 1m eachοΌbesides..teller..maybe their busy..let the service very slow ..

β β β β β Friendly service. Top cleanliness. Very good explanation and gave very good experience to customer. Been there for account opening. It takes about 1 hour. Need to make and appointment first through QMS application. Need to walk as nearby bank is hard to get parking. Ade kopitiam, kedai fotostat, kedai kain, kedai drone, kedai benang, kedai bundle nearby.
