โ โ โ โ โ Do not come here if you want to open an account or replace your card . There are 5 service advisor counters but only 2 counters attend to these service while the other 3 do nothing but wait. The system was very bad and the manager seems doesn't care about it.

โ โ โ โ โ Come here for cheque problem. Other customer just cut the line as usual. customer service ask you go other counter like playing volley ball. Finall reach you, told that cheque not they process, ask you go back wait or ask penang branch. Bravo. Good job.Very "NICE" service.

Others, really need improvement:
1) No wheel chair for OKU, this need to be ashamed of. Other bank, the staff go to the clientโs car to get the thumb print and they also have the wheel chair.
2) service advisor, your service could be better! Please learn how to speak with people, especially OKU and elders. We know you are tired handling people during pandemic, but it is still in the morning and we are your second clients.
Hope management will take the complaints seriously for improvement.

โ โ โ โ โ After making appointments at maybank apps. i thought shouldn't take too long time.. 2hours waiting for asnb transaction.. i thought its gonna take for 1day.. please make sure your staff more efficient. There's no use making online appointment if people still waiting too long. Very disappointed
