★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been calling since 3 weeks ago to check on my account tagging. Very hard to get thru. Today managed to speak with one Malay lady officer around 230pm. She said will asked the respective person in charge to return my call but until they closed the ofc mo one return to my call.
Unable to go to the bank as precautions due to pandemic issue.
My account still they forgot to release after settled everything in 2019.
Don't understand how their system work.
It isn't easy to get thru the landline yet still no solution on my account tagging.
Not efficient like other international bank. MBB should improve more on yoir system....not only security but the customers friendly too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management worse, they don't have any internal communications, they said need to set an appointment, appointment has been set, then when i arrived the transaction only available at 10.00am-12.30pm, worse scenarios ever, this had been my 3rd time this with this,please MAYBANK improve your internal communications

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always crowded. Technicians always repairing Cash Deposit Machine when there is a crowd. Brainless. No wonder more and more people are going for overseas bank with better services. I am feeling bad that I am forced to rate them with 1 star. How I wish I could rate them with NO STAR.
