★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im going this evening to ask about letter BSH2019 and during at the loby,one chinese lady said no need take number just go to counter 4.I appreciate her job when she guide me.Then I noted that counter 4 was closed because of ‘rehat’.I ask for next counter 5 who is a man and just answer that person incharged going for rehat with bad face and no smile.I understand if no one need to replace person for counter no 4 job but at least give best answer and SMILE.So bad attitude.I also working to handle customer and know how to make them satisfied with us even we are tired.Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need to wait for long line. If you're late just say goodbye. Rela and polis bantuan useless and some of them are rude here. I saw one makcik had trouble walking and standing, but when she arrives they rudely say "Nombor Habis" then that poor makcik had to wait from 10am to 1pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a terrible experience on 10/4/22, very bad and slow service at the counter, it is called main branch but only 6 counters. And out 6, only 4 working. I went at 8 and queue up outside, manage to enter only at 1146H. Total waiting in line before me was 15. Waited till 1330H still havent call my number, 2hours working but only manage to see <15 clients?
15clients/4officers = 4clients in 2 hours?
If they did saw more than I calculated, this means they put my turn at the back and called other clients who are later than me first.
The officers are not rude, they are helpful. But too slow. Hope can improve better in future.
