★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service by Alvin. During RMCO, I made an appointment 2 days in advance and selected the credit card / loan option. When I arrived for my appointment, literally no one could give me any information on their Maxi Home loan. Said I had to wait for the officer to contact me. I agreed and told them to contact me via WhatsApp first as I'll be at work after that. Low and behold, Alvin calls me in the middle of the day. Fine, I answer and talk and we agreed that I'll send him my finance details on WhatsApp. When a contacted him on WhatsApp, I asked him a bunch of questions regarding my eligible loan amount and what details I should submit to him. A day later, no response by Alvin so I HAD TO ASK HIM TO RESPOND. He sent me a short 2 sentence reply, not evening answering my major questions. So I sent my finance details anyways and asked him to determine my eligible amount. It's been a whole day, he's never going to reply. There's your loss of a rm750k loan interest Alvin

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient place. There are students around here. A very strategic location. If one day they moved this shop would be a hot cake. Any bank will spill their vault for this location. Even eateries. Plus the pasar malam nearby this is a crowded place.

Staff made us waited until 2:30pm, prepared all documents, but staff asked for social media proof of the business existence.
Need to schedule another meeting to visit again, seriously poor service.
Time wasted! No strong clarification labelled on the website. Seriously disappointed !

Made appointment to visit bank & reach on time, even show the guard & their staff (those with uniform) the appointment booking number also don’t let me go in, but gv entry to other those queue outside, don’t get the point to make appointment. The Guard totally have no idea to handle for visitor with appointment, but they just let the guard to handle the priority of entry

Didn't put the sign that show which side for appointment and not, waste people time and the queue is long cause by the lousy management, and renew debit card need over 10 mins, are you serious? What kind of services provide by Malayan bank?
