Difficult to find for a carpark.

β β β β β TLDR: No manners and unhelpful staff.
Terrible service as the staff don't even bother to look at their customers when they talk. Also, their answers to our questions shouts out "Sorry we can do that for you but we're lazy, so can you do this instead so that I, the bank's staff won't be troubled". It may not be a major branch but you're in a hotspot area i.e. Taman Connaught, with so many other competitors/banks in that area. Absolutely disappointed with their service level.
